In connection with the complaints received from the authors of the contest on the threemovers section (ChessStar-2021), to whose address insults and threats were expressed from Judge Eugene Fomichev (Russian), this report on the website has been changed, according to the section «Ⅴ. The organizer of the contest» of paragraph 2 of the «Rules of the site» where it is prescribed:

The organizer of the contest has the right to without the consent of the judge, change or delete a part of the text containing negative statements about someone or something.

The organizer of the contest and the chief judge of «ChessStar-2021», Ferhat Karmil, tried several times to convince the judge to remove offensive statements addressed to the participants of the contest, but his requests had no effect. E. Fomichev at the end of the correspondence still sent a report, but without any comments!?

Reports without comments on the site are not accepted according to the «Rules of the site».

In the judicial report of E.Fomichev, all those fragments of the text containing offensive statements were deleted.
The corrected report is published on the server ChessStar.com.

It should be noted that only this report is valid and no other according to the «Rules of the site«, section «Organizer of the contest«, paragraph 3
