In this genre the theme is free, but for the judges will be particularly nice to see the problems with thematics developed by A. Ellerman.
3# – Judge: Eugene Fomichev (Russia)
n# – Judge: Baldur Kozdon (Germany).
Sections: (#4 – #6 ) and (#7 a more moves)
H# – Judge: Jorge Lois (Argentina)
Sections: h#2, h#3 and h#n.
S# – Judge: Diyan Kostadinov (Bulgaria)

Fairies – Judge: Petko Petkov (Bulgaria) – in two sections:
a) Fairy problems without fairy pieces, but with any fairy conditions and standard board;
b) Fairy problems with fairy pieces, but with any fairy conditions and standard board.

All problems should be C+ by Popeye. No limitations for number of moves or stipulation. Not tested problems or problems which are impossible to be tested are not allowed.
