ChessStar announces an international competition for composing meredith problems (8-12 figures) MiniStar-VIII. Original problems, no more than 3 from the author in each section, are accepted from December 1 to December 30, 2024.

Sections:
#2 (twomovers) – judge: Elmar Abdullaev (Azerbaijan)
#3 (threemovers) – judge: Viktor Volchek (Belarus)
#N (moremovers) – judge: Igor Yarmonov (Ukraine)

Prizes, honorary and commendable reviews have been established.

Preliminary results – January 15, final – January 30, 2025. All users (registered and unregistered on the site) can take part in the competition.

Unregistered users can send their problems in any format to e-mail, but it is necessary to indicate the FEN code of the problem (the diagram is optional!), the solution, the first name, last name and the country that the authors represent, in text format. Comments on your problems are welcome!
